Who we are
The Underground Appeal (“TUA”) is an independent creative and strategy studio operated by Myriam Silberstein in France.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is processed when you use the website or contact The Underground Appeal through its contact form.
Information collected through the contact form
When you contact The Underground Appeal through the website, the following information may be collected:

The information submitted through the contact form is used solely to review, respond to and follow up on your request. It is not currently used for marketing, advertising or mailing-list purposes.

For other general inquiries, the processing may be based on The Underground Appeal’s legitimate interest in responding to messages addressed to the business.
Contact form and email delivery
The website uses WPForms to operate the contact form.
Form submissions are not stored in the website’s WordPress database and remote entry backups through WPForms Lite Connect are disabled.
Information submitted through the form is transmitted by email to The Underground Appeal. Email services are provided by OVHcloud.
Spam and security protection
The contact form is protected using Cloudflare Turnstile in order to prevent automated submissions, abuse and spam.
Turnstile processes technical signals necessary to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic. Cloudflare states that Turnstile does not access, store or transmit the contents of form entries or other page inputs.
Cloudflare may process certain technical information, such as IP address, browser and device-related signals, for security purposes.
Cloudflare is based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area to the United States, Cloudflare states that it relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards.
Hosting
The website and related email services are hosted by OVHcloud.
OVHcloud acts as a technical service provider in connection with the hosting and operation of the website and email services.
Data retention
If an inquiry does not result in a professional relationship, correspondence relating to that inquiry may be retained for up to 12 months after the last exchange, after which it may be deleted unless continued retention is necessary for legal or administrative purposes.
If an inquiry results in a contractual or commercial relationship, relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required by applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies or marketing pixels.
Comments are disabled and visitors cannot create user accounts or upload content.
Cloudflare Turnstile may process strictly necessary technical signals for the security of the contact form. These technologies are used solely for fraud, abuse and bot prevention.
If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this Privacy Policy and the website’s cookie settings will be updated accordingly.
